Scott Thomas White

Scott Thomas White, age 52, started his career in the construction industry as an iron worker for Sun State Steel of Miami, Fl. in 1979. This was followed by working in the commercial construction industry erecting Burger King and Po Boy restaurants in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi followed by residential construction throughout the 1980’s.

After moving to Florida in the early 90’s to enjoy the sunshine, beaches and fishing, Scott landed a position with the State of Florida maintaining and preserving structures in Lee County. Later, while working as a superintendent for TEC Construction of Ft. Myers, Scott created his own firm Service Drywall of Florida doing metal and wood framing, drywall and stucco installation in both the commercial and residential market.

Scott acquired his Certified Building Contractors license in 2008 and has partnered with Jerry Wells to construct over 70 custom homes in Southwest Florida.
